1. If you list your hotel/motel or lodging property with us, we will create a web page for you on our site, and write to all the 'Hotel Wanted' ads for your State/ Country and price range giving them a link to the page we create for you.
2. We will also give you access to the Buyers database in our 'Hotels Wanted' section, with complete contact information .
3. We do have special rates for brokers.
