Martin Spicknell

Martin's background shows extensive and succesful sales and corporate development experience. In the hospitality industry, as President & CEO of Lovejoys of San Francisco, Inc. he opened, and rapidly brought to profitability three restaurants in San Francisco and Florence, Or. As Sales Director of Clapp and Poliak (organizing and marketing exhibitions, conventions), and of Midkem Int'l. Inc. (international chemical supplies) his sales and marketing management abilities brought these corporations record levels of growth.

Martin's experience in the USA, Central America and Europe bring to FSBO International an unparalleled resource for guiding the corporation in a rapid and profitable growth to achieve our stated goals.

A co-founder of FSBO International, Martin is President and CEO, and is responsible for corporate strategies, sales management, and overall direction of the company. Educated at Kings College, Cheltenham, England Martin currently manages FSBOs Portuguese operation.

Tony Haffner

Tony grew up in England, emigrating to the United States in 1976. Experience in England with Rolls Royce (5 years - Human Resources) and Aardvark Computers Ltd (4 years - Admin. Services Director), provided a solid administrative background and a desire to do something more exciting! Concurrent experience in real estate development gave experience in business development strategies and small business finance.

In the States, Tony started a delicatessen/ catering operation in Portland, Oregon (Haffners Delicatessen), which ran succesfully for 8 years. A stint with the State of Alaska,as Human Resource Manager for the Department of Revenue, and as a Training Consultant with the Productivity Improvement Center followed, giving valuable marketing, administrative systems and business development experience.

A co-founder of FSBO International, Tony currently is responsible for business and website development, marketing, and administrative systems. Educated at the University of Birmingham, England (Economics, Politics, Soc.), Tony currently lives in Yachats, Or.

Brian Thomas 

Brian was born in London the year the Second World War broke out and grew up in Chigwell Village, Essex, where he attended the Kingswood Grammar School.  By the age of 17 he was a regular officer in the Royal Military Police Special Investigation Branch (SIB) serving in Aden, India, Singapore, Malaya, Borneo and Hong Kong and rising through the ranks.   After 15 years he joined the British Merchant Navy as Chief Petty Officer, Master at Arms with the Shaw Saville Cruise Line responsible for passenger security and crew discipline.
Brian later studied Economics, Commerce, Commercial Law and Business Practice at the London School of Economics & Political Science.  In 1970 he was appointed Senior Housemaster at a prestigious independent school near Liverpool, England where he taught Economics and Commerce.
In 1980 he started his own real estate business in Spain, specializing in commercial property sales.  He has negotiated the successful sale of scores of hotels and hospitality properties in Spain.
A long-time associate of Hotels-FSBO, Brian, who is now semi retired, first lent his expertise to the company at the turn of the millennium and is our honorary Operations Manager based in the Philippines, overseeing our worldwide property listing and power marketing programs.
